Hot Pepperで 予約して、初めて伺いました。入店した時から、終わるまで、全てのスタッフさんの雰囲気、対応は、凄く良かったです。今回は白髪ぼかし＋カットをお願いしました。担当の方も、最初に、普通の白髪染めと白髪ぼかしの違いの説明を、しっかりして下さりました。また、いつもショートにするか悩みつつ、怖くてショートボブ止まりだったのですが、話をよく聞いて下さり相談ができたので、安心してショートにする事が出来ました。作業中、お話もとてもしやすく楽しく過ごせました。仕上がりも、イメージ通りでアフターケアのブローの仕方、オイルのつけ方も、きちんと説明してくれました。
群馬県に引っ越して来てから、美容院が決まっておらず、家から近くの美容院を探していたので、良かったです。
